seller commission module & adaptive pay pal module

support staff,
i have bought both the modules and i have successfully installed both modules in my prestashop but my big issue is that when i enter in my back office area as well as i have got the account history and account balance tab under the customer tab but my big issue is that when customer purchased any product from my eCommerce site i have'nt got any description and such kind of messages related to purchased product in my account history section or tab.

one query is also related to my paypal adaptive module when customer go for the payment and click to pay then there are some error occurred related to platform or some other errors showing on my site and it will not redirect me to payment it's still loading and displaying on my site please reply as soon as possible.

Sorry for the delay. I read your message several time again , try to understand correctly.
I figured out that you might be missing a module - Agile Seller Commission module.

Agile Paypal Adaptive module and Agile Paypal Parallel (new - ready to release) requires Agile seller Commission module to work together as it is clearly stated at the module description.

I I am correctly, I guess you have not purchased Agile Seller Commission module. You need to purchase and install this module.

By the way, we have a newer version of Agile Multiple Seller module and a better and easy to use module for Parallel payment - Agile Paypal Parallel module. It does not require Application ID, it only requires API credentials and it is based on new Paypal express checkout API.

here is my suggestions
1. purchase the agile seller commission module if you have not purchased yet
2. upgrade the agile multiple seller module (free upgrade)
3. exchange Agile Paypal Adaptive with Agile Parallel module (free for you)
