Chicken or the egg ie Theme or Multi-Vendor first

I just got Prestashop installed and I want to install Warehouse theme and Multiple Seller. Should I install
Warehouse first or Multi Seller ?

It does not matter. but most people will install theme first.
I remember there is some override conflicts between theme and our modules, you may need to resolve the conflict by merging the code.
