I sent support email since last Sunday and have followed up with 3 other emails including using your online contact form but has yet to receive any response or acknowledgment to my mails.
I requested to be sent the upgraded files for the multi seller modules and accessories that I purchased so that I can proceed with upgrading my Prestashop site (to v1.6). I included my order #s and the list of modules I purchased.
I have not been able to launch the site since I purchased your modules because of the many issues and customizations that needed to be done to make it work with my template. You are aware that I have been working with you and reporting bugs that have helped your product get better.
Please I am still waiting so I can get along with launching my store.
