[SOLVE] Don't read CSV to import products

I have version 1.6 of prestashop, the default template and multipleseller version 3.0.1.2 and I do not read csv files from the customer's account. Any tips?

CSV import is only available at back office, not available at front store.
I am not sure what you mean by " do not read csv files from the customer's account".
You can get sample CSV from back office.
