Agile Multiple Seller - Separate Seller Signup Form URL

We need the following to be done such that, the seller registration fields will appear if the URL is as follows:
<...>/?login?back=addresses&merchant=1#account-creation

so the default URL:
<...>/?login?back=addresses#account-creation
will only display default user signup fields only.

We have tried playing/modifying code in the /controllers/front/AuthController.php but no avail.
Please help!

you may need to set flag variable to indicate to show seller fields or not.
and then modify the following theme file
/modules/agilemultipleseller/views/templates/hook/displaycustomeraccountform.tpl
