Setting Commission

Hello,

I am trying to alter the commission percentage however there are no sellers to chose from on the drop box or even store default.

If I leave it blank it throws a "Property RangeCommissionRate->id_seller is empty" error.

thanks for using our modules.

- first of all, this module is an accessory module of agile multiple seller module - without multiple seller module, it will not work properly.
- please also make sure all modules are installed correctly.
- please make sure you have created any sellers.
- please check following setting is configured correctly.

Are you using PrestaShop 1.6.0.12/13?
If you are using PrestaShop 1.6.0.12 or 1.6.0.13, please fix some fatal bugs of PrestaShop first before installing our agile multiple seller module, otherwise there will be trouble after installation.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

I was using 6.11 but have tried reinstalling Presta from scratch and now am on 6.13 with the module.php file replaced too.

I tried installing the modules again and have come to the same error. (multiple seller, commission and parallel payment)

I did create a seller in the back office too aswell as from the front but still the drop down shows empty. It should say default for store too i'd imagine ?

I am at a loss of what to try next

Did you applied the fix first before installing our modules? and it is clean installation of PrestaShop 1.6.0.13?
And are you using latest version of our the module?

if this is the case, please contact our [email protected] with following info, we will investigate
- your order #
- your store super admin
- your store URL

Yes it was the latest version and I did apply the patch before installing.

I think the Agile modules are the latest as I only purchased last week so they should be the newest.

I'll try re-installing again and if it still fails i'll send a message,

Tried again and no luck so sent an email

as I investigated your store, because you are using the same email address for seller and super admin.
The email can not be shared, please try to create a new seller use different email address.
