AGILESELLERSHIPPING module issue

Hi there,

My AgileSellerShipping module is not working... I dont know why, when I try to create a new shipping in the seller personal area, is not working.
I click in add new, and after fulfilling all the data, I click in save, and nothing happens... the page is reloaded and the fields empty... and no new shipping method.
Do I need to include any special setup?
