shipping price for provinces and cities

Hi,
I don't see how I can set the shipping price in de shipping module for each province or city.
I only see the geographical zones such as Africa, Europe etc.
I have created all provinces in the prestashop back office, but how can I show them and specify cost per province?

You have to create separated zones for each provide and then assign the province to the specific zone.
You can create zones at Localization - Zones tab at back office
You can assign province to zone at Localization - Provinces tab

Thanks for your reply. I have created provinces and they are all assigned to Ecuador and the region "south-america" Still I cannot assign specific shipping prices to each province. (please see attachment) Did we miss something in the installation?

You have to follow steps below
1. Create zones for each province
2. Choose correct zone for each province at Localization - Provinces tab
3. Choose correct zone at carrier settings.
