Is there a way to assign multiple sellers to a single product, so when a customer selects that product, he can choose from which seller he wants to buy the product?

Unfortunately you are not able to do that. one product can only have one owner.

I have been looking at this module and it looks great. However I couldn\'t find one thing in your Info section. In the mode where Seller Collects Payment and an order is made up of two or more Sellers then how does the payment splits between the sellers? I tried to do this scenario on your site however the page doesn\'t get load on the Payment step in Checkout so could you please explain this?

If you use Seller Collects Payment mode, you can only use those payment modules that are integrated into our multiple seller modules.
- Agile Paypal Express Checkout
- Agile Pay by Check
- Agile Bank Wire
- Agile Paypal Parallel Payment module

If the shopping cart contains products from multiple sellers, then the customer either:
- will need to sequentially pay multiple sellers if not using the Agile Paypal Parallel Payment module, one time for each seller, and one order for each seller will be created per payment.
- will only need to pay one tine if using the Agile Paypal Parallel Payment module. Multiple orders will be created automatically, one order for each seller.

By "Two FO", do you mean different theme of the same FO?

By using our modules, all sellers and store admin can share one BO(back office), but sellers have limited access permission.
Sellers can also do almost all activities at front store seller management panel without accessing back office.

Hi Anders,

If you're talking about the DIBS payment module, it would depend on how you have Multiple Seller configured for 'Payment Collection Mode'. If it's another module, please let us know which one.

For the FO/BO question, there is only one front office, but each seller (including you if you are selling in your store) can have their own virtual shop if you're also using the Agile Multiple Shop module. That means that each seller would have their own virtual shop within the store, and could have their own home page, etc. Basically each having their own virtual front office.

Not sure if that's exactly your question, though...

Yes, if the customer purchases products from 3 different sellers, then the customer will have 3 orders and 3 different invoices.
Each seller has one order and one invoice.

When the shopping cart has products from different 3 sellers, process depends on 'Payment Collection Mode':

A. Store Collects payments - Customer only pays once. Payment will be split into 3 orders automatically after payment is done.
B. Seller Collects Payment - Customer will need to pay 3 times, one time for each seller, so a total 3 orders will be created.
C. Both Seller and Store Collect payment - Customer only pays once, and 3 orders will be created automatically.

For A above, you can use any payment module.
For B above, only payment modules that are integrated into our modules are compatible.
- Available modules : Agile Bank Wire, Agile pay By Cheque, Agile Paypal Express Checkout, Agile Paypal Parallel
For C above, only our Agile Paypal Parallel Payment module is compatible.
- Available modules: Agile Paypal Parallel Payment

I wish to buy the multi vendor module for a new prestashop iinstallation but had some questions.

iits some questions regarding the process:

- will installing multi-vendor mean that each vendor will be able to recieve payments individually from their sales (for example the payment module that i have integrated would be available to all of them, and probably in their admin panel they can add their own user ID for the payment gateway and receive the funds)

- shipping : ones i integrate a fedex / dhl shipping module then it will automatically pick up the package from the individual vendors outlet .

is that possible.

Also another question:

i wanted to have a chat tool for the buyer to chat with the vendor (so each vendor shall have a chat app on his phone and when the buyer clicks on \"chat\" button on the vendors product page, it sends a message to the particular vendor only.
secondly, do you\'ll have any sms gateway integration (so each vendor recieves an sms from enquiries on their product).

i dont mind bearing the extra costs to integrate the things that are missing, if you\'ll can help me do that.

please respond asap and i can get things going.

Yes, you are right. seller will be able to enter their own payment information for those payment method available to them.
currently we have following modules are integrated
- agile paypal express checkout
- agile paypal parallel
- agile pay by cheque
- agile bank wire

- shipping : ones i integrate a fedex / dhl shipping module then it will automatically pick up the package from the individual vendors outlet .

We have seller shipping module to handle seller shipping. each seller will need to create their own shipping carriers.
those carriers must be PrestaShop standard shipping carrier created at Shipping/Carrier tab.
If you mean the fedex/dhl shipping module can be managed in that way, then it should be ok.

We have seller messenger module that can handle communication between seller and customers.

we do not have a tool like the one you wanted, but yes, we can help to integrate your tool with paid customization services if we can reach an agreement at cost and schedule. but you can also have an option to do the customization by yourself.
