PrestaShop Paypal module - Agile Paypal Express Checkout

Hi,

We are about to start our shop. It a multiple seller/vendor shop without a store owner.
We let customer to buy products from different vendors and we want to use Paypal Express Checkout as unique payment method.
Should we need Seller Commission to split payment to those different vendors?

It depends on payment collection mode of your store.
Using Paypal express checkout, customer can pay only one seller at a time.
If customer buy products from multiple sellers, customer has yo pay multiple times via Paypal website.

You can use Agile Paypal adaptive module, using this module, customer can pay multiple sellers in one payment.
But this module requires Agile Seller Commission module to work together.

We only have one Paypal Express Checkout module.

Yes, the module works best for digital goods - downloadable products that does not require shipping carrier.
You can configure the module to hide the carrier selection at express checkout screen.

In addition to shokinro's answer above, I just wanted to mention that Agile now has a great audio sample player module. It adds the ability to provide, on the product page, a sample player for MP3 files.

Works great for people selling music, or any other audio product...

1. What payment subscription periods can be defined for products? Can products have user defined order/payment recurring periods?

2. How recurring payments are managed in PrestaShop back office? Is new orders added in back office?

3. Do you have some demo site where it is possible to see PrestaShop back office?

4. Is it possible to add subscription for order with multiple items in it, or you have to add subscription for each item separately?

You can choose payment periods from following: year/month/week/day
This module does not have configuration at product level at this moment, but we plan to add this feature in the near future.

Yes, each payment will generated a new order with same contents of first order.

Yes, customer as add many as he/she wants, the recurring payment is choosing during checkout.
The recurring payment is per order, not per product.

I want to sell both single purchase (regular/normal/standard) products AND repeat order (subscription) products in my store. What does your module do if a customer adds both single purchase AND subscription products to the same order/cart? Does it create a repeat order ONLY for the subscription products or does it create a repeat order for the entire initial order?

Unfortunately, the recurring payment subscription is the whole order, because Paypal does not support separated payment, part one time and another part recurring.

So if customer wan to buy products with different recurring period including one time order, it has to be separated order.

Hi there,

We are implementing Paypal Express Checkout and we are getting a warning in redirect.php and agilepaypalreturn.php.
Warning is this: "Warning: include_once(/path/to/prestahop/modules/agilepaypal/processor.inc.php) [function.include_once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /path/to/prestashop/httpdocs"

We have checked directory and file doesn't exist there. We are using Agile Paypal version 1.5.6 in 3 languages.

It is a warning but it would be great if we don't see it before/after to pay thought paypal.

any idea?
