this module is an accessory module for agile multiple seller/vendor module.
it is possible to make it work standalone, but it will need some code customization.

A new version of Agile Seller Messenger module is released today. And it is now compatible with PrestaShop 1.6x and support responsive theme.

- fixed an issue when post message at product that does has a seller associated - changed to send to store admin.

This module is a accessory module of Agile Multiple Seller module. Without agile multiple seller module it will not work properly.
If you do not have multiple seller module, then you will need to purchase agile multiple seller module.

If you already Agile multiple seller module, then it might be version mismatch.
The module you purchased is for Prestashop 1.6x and it requires agile multiple seller 3.0.0 and above.
If you are using old version of Prestashop 1.5x, please send order # of both modules to [email protected], we will send you the version for your PrestaShop 1.5x.

I'm using Prestashop 1.6 and my sellers can't see the tab "Seller Questions" because is not added under "Customers" tab.
Using admin profile there's no problem.

Thanks for using our modules.
By default, the seller profile should have the access permission to "Customer Questions" (Not Seller Questions). You d not have to set permission separately. In stead, please make sure you have create the seller in correct way.

Also you can try following
- uninstall agile multiple seller module and then reinstall it
- uninstall seller messenger module and then reinstall it

After that, please try again. (I assume you have created the seller account correctly).

By the way, seller can do the same at front store

We don't give our sellers access to the back office. Does this module behave like your some of your others and offer the seller to reply to customer questions within the frontend also?

If it does not do this by default, how much would you charge to customize this for us?

Yes, it does.
You will see a new tab "My Message" at My Account - My Seller Account page.
