Agile Multiple Shop module for Multiple Seller/Vendor

First at all, sorry for my basic english...

I've bought 8 of your modules and they are great but I have a big problem with one of them, the Agile Multiple Shop.

When I install and activate the module, my front offices looks like that :

The problem seems to be coming from the agilemultipleseller profile activation. When I create a seller account and activate it, Prestashop creates a new shop with the seller's name. And then, my front office is broken... (For more info, please see the print screen attached to my previous post.)
After this, if I deactivate the seller's account, the front office returns to its normal state. Everything is then OK.

In your demo, I see that you have only one shop : prestashop-market-place-demo-9 even if you have 2 seller accounts active. It's not the same thing in my store...

How can I do this setup for my sellers?

I’m sorry to disturb you with the numerous posts I’ve sent recently. I will meet my client tomorrow so it's important to me to find a solution very quickly ! If you prefer, I can email you.

When I looked to the multistore on your demo environment, I saw that you have 3 shops:
- one main shop (prestashop-market-place-demo9) and
- two shops for two different sellers (One Seller and Two Seller).

When I look in « URL options » of the One Seller's shop, « Shop » refer to the main shop (prestashop-market-place-demo9). And then, in the left pane (tree view), the URL is under the name of the seller (One Seller).

In my shop, When I do the setting (for a seller, selecting « Main Shop » in « Shop » for « URL Options »), the URL goes under the main shop name and not under the seller's.

So, how do you do the setup shown in your demo environment ?

Regarding the other parameters, my configuration is almost identical. So I think this might cause the problem in the front-office. What do you think ?

Please kindly send following information to [email protected]

- your order #
- your store admin access info
- your store ftp access info
- detials of the issue, how to reproduce the issue step by step, including screen images if possible.
We will have someone to look into that.

I guess the modules are not installed correctly.

I cannot configure the seller logo on Prestashop 1.6 with this module. The logo is still main store logo, but the link is for the virtual shop.

Which logo display option have you configured the module?
If you choose show both seller and store logo, you will need to adjust the theme design to adopt too logos.
If you choose show only seller logo to store logo, please make sure the logo size meets you theme design.

if you think you have configured the module correctly, but it still not working correctly, please send your order # and store access details to support and we will investigate it.
