Can the administrator give in advance tokens to the customers? My customers won't buy credits, but they will be assigned to them by the admin.

Yes admin can give any amount token/credits to customer at back office - Customers - Token/Credits tab.
There is a button on top of the page that you can assign token/credit.
You can verify that at our online demo site.

Hello, with this module if a customer buy a 200%u20AC prepaid credit, an then download products in 10 times for 200%u20AC total amount (i.e. in a period of 1 year), does Prestashop generate 1 order or 10 orders (and invoices)? Thank You.

Yes prestashop will generate an order for each purchase/using the credit.
