When store manager collects the money with any payment method possible, vendors will receive their money with paypal. So vendors need a paypal account but also the store manager to transfer it. And normal bank account of store manager funds his paypal account so he can pay the vendors, right?

This module does not do what you what to do.
But our agile prepaid credit module will help implement your requirements.
Customer can get rewards credits when purchase products.
Customer can then use the credits to by other products
Customer is also able to buy credits by other payment method.
You can also give credits to customer via your back office.

my site will be made for resellers that join me and will have their own page where they will buy the goods that they need when a client will buy something on their sites
(client ---> buy---> reseller--->buy on my site and give me shipping address---> i will ship to client

Here is what you can do with our modules.
1. You create products as product templates
2. re-sellers choose a products and copy it and set for sell
3. client purchase the products
4. you ship the products.

You collect money from customers and then pay seller commission.
You will need also the core module - agile multiple seller

Is it possible to set a commision fee to a group of user instead of do it for every user?

I mean a commision fee different than the default one

You can set default commission that will apply to all sellers. You can also set different commission for a specific seller to override the default commission.

We do not have commission for groups because we do not have seller group concept. We may consider to make custom changes for you if that is important to you.
