Hi sarfrazahmedkhan
Thanks for using our modules as your online market place solution.

I want to use 'TheShoppersFront' as my default carrier for all sellers and when I want to disable your carrier I see a message in the module config section saying, "Please DONT NOT DELETE this carrier - This carrier is Linked to this module" Now does this mean I can't change my default carrier to my own and I have to use 'agilesellershipping'? I mean can I not put the name 'TheShoppersFront' in Shipping Module config window?

As described on the products page of this modules, there are following limitations:
- Once this module is installed, the store can only have one store level shipping carrier which is linked to this module, but each seller can have multiple carriers.
- All shipping zones are set at store level(all sellers use the same zone created by store)

But you can change the name of 'agilesellershipping' to what ever you want and change the configuration of this module with the name setting of your original default carrier 'TheShoppersFront'. I hope this could solve your problems.

@ Marium: Are you referring to my question?
By problem resolved you mean I can now change the default name mentioned "agilesellershipping' to my carrier, in this case called 'TheShoppersFront'? and delete the agile carrier? Doing this would have no effect what so ever on the functionality of the module.

Correct?
Mr. Kinro: Would appreciate a comment from your side.

I have already replied your message. Please check my previous post.

You can rename agilesellershipping to anything you want, but please never delete it.
Please also note the module limitations as I mentioned in the description of products.
Once this module is installed, you can only have one store level(default) carrier.

Hi

Is it possible to prevent sellers from editing the store level shipping rates? Currently, if a seller is allowed to enter their own shipping rates, they are also able to edit the store level shipping rate.

Ok. I think I have a problem. I changed the name of 'agilesellershipping' to 'Shoppers Front Delivers' then I also created two 'Weight Ranges' followed by 'Price Range' and lastly added 'Fee' for each weight range defined against this carrier.

Now when I test it, on the order page I get the following errors:
Image

Point 1: I can still see a charge of only $5 where as you can see that at [Point 2] the carrier is correctly showing the charge of $97. But despite selecting it from the drop down list the price is not getting reflected on the cart summary neither is included in the invoice.

Point 3: At this point I still see the name of the old carrier 'agilesellershipping' despite having changed it's name to 'Shoppers Front Delivers' along with a charge of $5 where as it should be $97. I am not sure also why I see 'NULL' appearing.

Finally the arrows identify some typo errors which do spoil the look of the whole excellent work. (But of course this is low priority).

Mr. Kinro: Can you please have a look at the same? I have already activated the back office access for you with the same login details as before.
Thank You.

@sarfrazahmedkhan
Thanks for the detailed information.
1. For the typos, you can correct them by translation function of PrestaShop.
Tools - Translations - choose module translations

I will also update my modules to it will be corrected in new version.

2. For other issues, they are related. Those information is updated by AJAX javascripts.
I guess there are some Java script errors occurring our side of my module that preventing my script from running correctly. You can use firebugs in Firefox of use IE to detect this errors, you have to fix those errors that comes from outside of my modules.

You will find the same issue if you look at post shokinro » Sat Jul 14, 2012 9:10 pm

If you can give me following information, I will try to take a look for you. The issue is not configuration related. It is caused by outside javascript.
- test customer account
- URL of test products to add to shipping cart

Thanks for your inquiry.
Seller is able edit his/own carriers, the issue should not appear. but I will double check the function.
