fixed the message duplication problem.
the module will detect if customer posts the same question in short time, it will refuse to accept.
So even if you refresh the page(re-submit the message), you will get an error message.

Also, to increase security to prevent spammer, Capcha will be always required even the customer is logged in. Will send you the updated module shortly.

I hope you can also improve the look at the Q&A tab.

Currently the question and reply look just too plain.

Might be better to have some design on it.

The reply also would look nicer to be just be below the question.

Hi Kinro, I bought this module a month ago and just could test it today and I have this issues:

First test: Seller and Customer received email alerts by each messages sent by each one, but admin didn't received anything, function "Copy email to Admin" was activated.

After first test:
- Seller is not receiving email alerts of customers questions.
- Customer is not receiving email alerts of sellers answers.
- Function "Copy email to Admin" is not working, then admin is not receiving email alerts by seller messages neither customers messages.

Only way to get notified is through login into backoffice.

I'm using your modules: multiple sellers, product reviews, seller reviews, agile bankwire, seller comision.

I think this "Seller Messenger Module" is great if it's fully working, I appreciate your support to fix it.

That's really weird,
It works on other sites and on my demo servers.
Is there any errors happening?

Could set 'display_errors" to 'on' in following file, and try the rest again to see if there is any displayed.

This is what I recently have done:

Display errors still on, 1) I unactivated the module, 2) deleted it, 3) I Re-installed once again version 1.0.0.5 that you sent to me.

First test: Results

- Seller received test question.
- tester's e-mail account recieved answer [spam folder] after being answered by seller at backoffice.
- "Copy email to admin" activated, admin didn't receive copy, neither at spam folder.

Second test:

- Seller is not receiving email alerts of customers questions.
- Customer is not receiving email alerts of sellers answers.
- Function "Copy email to Admin" is not working, then admin is not receiving email alerts by seller messages neither customers messages.

Third Test: as second result.

I checked your site back office.
it seems to me that the modules are not installed correctly.
There should be a new tab "Customer Questions" under Customers tab. But I can not find it. I do not know where to find the customer questions at back office.

Also there should be 3 more new tabs under the same Customers tab for Agile Seller Commission module, I can not find them either.

Could you please confirm that you have not made any changes to hide them?

it is really difficult to figure out the problem if you have not installed the modules correctly or you have made changes on the modules. Please let me now the status of the modules.

Hi Kinro,

Tabs were renamed (in spanish) and moved through "tabs" tab under employees tab. So the 3 "Agile tabs" are located under catalog tab and one is under customers tab. As my admin account was setup in spanish now is english with its original names.
