ERROR TO ACCESS "account at back office."

When I try to enter my merchant account in the link: "Please click here to access your seller account at back office. " I get the following error:

It seems that you are using PrestaShop 1.4x version of the module.
1. Please tell us the version of your PrestaShop , if you not using PrestaShop 1.4x, maybe you are using wrong version of the module.

2. Please tell us the detailed error message, you only posted the file location of the error, but there is no detailed error message
