commission rates in Agile Multiple Sellers ?

I don't find it is possible to set a commission rate for each partner. Are available in this module basic agile multiple seller ? Can we define by a partner?

If you mean can commissions be defined by 'seller', then yes you can, But only if you have the accessory Seller Commission module installed.
