Hi,
I just watched a video on Youtube where it's said that a shop can have its own dedicated shop, INCLUDING PAGES, logos and even theme choices...I could not find any settings that would allow me to set pages for a vendor's shop. Do you have any link to see a live vendor's shop with multiple pages?

Also, how can I see the vendor's portal?

this function is only available when agile multiple shop module is installed. here is the link to the module.

Thanks for your post, however, you are not answering the question in full. I mentioned INCLUDING PAGES in capital letters for a reason. It seems not being multiple pages but just a SINGLE PAGE for a vendor. Am I right? Again, do you have any link to see a live vendor's shop with multiple pages?

No.
Once you entered seller's virtual shop, you will inside the seller's virtual shop.
http://demo2.addons-modules.com/prestas ... seller/en/

For example, if you access the category page of the seller virtual shop, it will displays the products of category from that seller only

And the product page of virtual shop is also under that virtual shop
