Agile Paypal - japanese characters in address = no record?

Hello and thank you for excellent module!

I'm facing a problem when orders from one customer from Japan are not recorded in mysql so there is no record about his orders even the Paypal transactions pass through.

The only difference seems to be his address, which contains Japanese characters like:

〒003-0833
北海道 - Hokkaido Sapporo-shi

Do you think this is the reason why Agile Paypal module ignores all his orders or do you have some other suggestions?

Prestashop version 1.4.10
Agile Paypal module version 1.5.2
