recommendation theme with agile integration

I'm not very happy with the theme warehouse of themeforest.

Could you recommend me some theme that is responsive, 1 column, and has a great graphic quality?.

The price is not important.

I will integrate this with agile. I want to make a multishop
With a big quality. Agile is perfect but i can't find a theme perfect too.
