Hello!

I have installed multiple sellers/vendors, multiple shop, and commission module.

As an administrator i can't import any products by CSV It read the file but don't show any table to choose column, also any error appear.

And as a store owner it state "Cant read the CSV file".

I realize that even if i change the type of import the "Available fields" don't change.

What can i do?

Regards

I just checked at my local dev environment and logged in as seller, it seems working fines.

can you make sure
1. you have set the file/folder permission correctly.
adminfolder/import/
General permission setting should be
folder - 755
file - 644

2. You have set "Field separator" and "Multiple value separator" correctly.
- Please try to use the sample csv file from PrestaShop to see what happens.

sorry, it seems we missed your message.

I just check it and i have the correct permissions and field separators correctly.
The same result "CSV can not be read"

have you tried to use the PrestaShop sample CSV template and see if it works? maybe your template issue?

or maybe you can ask contact our support to get a new version of the module to see if it works.
to request, you need to send following information to [email protected]
- your order #
- your store URL
- your prestashop version

I tried with the sample CSV and changed to the default template, and still the same problem.

I just contact with support team, hope it can be fixed!

I know that we can assign a default category for a seller. But if a seller has many products that goes in different categories it won't work. So is it possible to limit to one category for a product? Limiting the number of category by product will allow the seller to insert different products in different categories without allowing him to put a single product in many categories.

Hi
thanks for using our modules.

I know that we can assign a default category for a seller. But if a seller has many products that goes in different categories it won't work. So is it possible to limit to one category for a product? Limiting the number of category by product will allow the seller to insert different products in different categories without allowing him to put a single product in many categories.

currently each product can register product to multiple categories. this is current design.
we do not have a feature to limit one product to one category at the moment.
if you are interested, we can discuss a customization for you. please contact [email protected] for details.
