I guess the mail template is not correct, please try to copy the template from en folder for English and then translate it again.

can any one help me?? i want to translate my mail template in finish language but i dont know how to do that

thanks for using our modules.
Please following instruction below to do the translation
- log in as super admin
- choose menu Localization
- choose Translation

then translation page appears, on that page

choose "translate installed modules"
choose your theme
choose language
clock "Modify"
