Translating Seller Messenger

I'm using P1.6 with Seller Messenger .
We have dual language site and i'd like to translate the following text in FO

I can use the BO translation to translate other, but not this sentence.

I found the string under: default-bootstrap - hookextraright
I kept looking at: default-bootstrap - agilesellermessenger
