Hi,

We installed the Agile PrestaShop Seller / Vendor Rating Module, we have done tests with buying and selling several different users store items but there seems no way of being able to assess the seller / buyer.
We understand that we should see something like this:

But we see this:

And leads to a page where we can not enter anything:

and well, the module configuration is this normal?

Any idea?

thanks for using our modules.

There seems no any rating/review to the seller.
Only customers who purchased products can cast/post rating or reviews on the sellers, one order one rating.
Customer will see a "Feedback waiting list" if the customer has any order/transaction need to post rating.

Once customers post ratings or review on the seller, then it will show on the product page and also link to a detailed rating list of the seller.

hope this clarify your questions.

Thank you for a quick response.
The screenshots are to show what should be and what is not. We have already made purchases and sales and nothing appears in the module as shown in second capture.
The rating module version (1.2.4) is compatible with Prestashop version (1.5.3.1) we use but still missing.
We would appreciate a more specific answer on what could be the problem and not an explanation of what already shown. We have already purchased two modules and want to continue doing because they are good modules.

You need to
- Log in as the customer who purchased the product.
- And then go My Account
- You will see Feed Back Waiting List
- Click the link and you see list of transactions that you can post a rating to the seller.

One the rating is posted, it will displayed on the seller's product page.

Thanks for replies but, after following your steps no option valuation does not appear, at most stops send a message to the seller

Sorry to be so heavy but between the rating and the translations of the back-office that will not let me enter the store and running quickly ...

Hello again shokinro

we also have a problem with the translation templates mailings Agile Multipleseller module.

As you can see in the image did not find the subject "No subject was found by app_selleraccount, or subject is generated in the database." and we believe it is-routing to the files in question, in this case app_selleraccount and I assure you the mails folder is copied to the possible locations and has 777 permissions until we solve it.

when you translate the email templates. please try to choose "Core" instead of any theme, so the email subject translation should show up.

back office - Localization - Transactions

Type of translation : Email Template Translations
Select your theme: Core (No theme selected)
Select your language: Your Language

the translations already solved but the module still does not work

Is the customer has any order placed?
He must have orders from sellers so that he/she can post ratings.

hello

Yes I created several new users with seller profile. The multivendor is working. The problem comes with the ratings. I bought one product(his product, not a product from teh general store) from costumer/seller A and tried to rate it with costumer/seller B. Well, seller B is unable to rate the product nonetheless the message "wating for ratings" is showing. When I click in "waiting for ratings" the store doesn't show anything, that's the problem.

Do u know why is that happening?
