I have an eCommerce shopping cart. I want to display my brands in the below left corner of my home page.
Kindly suggest me what can I do?

I am not sure if I understand correctly.
You may use block advertisement module to show some advertising.

I have an ecommerce shop in prestashop. Its like amazon, selling all men and women shirts, shoes, eye gears, etc.,

I have different brands like adidas, nike like that. I want these brands to run as a slider in the below left corner. I mean below the filter.

I read an article now, Tell me whether it is ok?

Yes, I think you will need a module for that functionality. we do not have similar modules.
You may want to look for 3rd party modules to implement that.
