I am sorry, we do not have anyone speak Spanish, we only provider support in English.
But we can use Google translation to communicate like this.

2. These modules do I get them translated into Spanish?

Yes most of the text and label have been translated into Spanish.
But you may need to adjust and translate some of the text/labels.
You can do that at back office - Localization - Translations tab

3. They offer customization of some modules, paying such changes?

It depends on what kind of customization.
we can only take small customization changes because our limited resources.
