Agile Multiple Seller-Customer signup form for seller signup

Good morning,
I have just installed "Agile Multiple Seller v3.1.0.2" module .
This version contains the following new feature:
"- A new seller sign up page separated from general customer sign up, configurable to use customer signup page for seller signup or not"

In the "Configure" module page, I have unchecked the "Use Customer Signup Form" option.
after that, I am not able to find the new "Seller sign up page"....where is it?
which is its url?

It should be at your store home page.
There is a new tab "Sell With Us" added to the Home page tabs. If you click this "Sell With Us" tab, it will bring user to sign up page.
