Dear Shokinro,

When the store is collection the payments, is there an option for the multiple seller to make refunds in front or back office?
How does this work? I see add payment, I see the credit option, ...
But I cannot seem to find out how to do the actual refund?

I'm also wondering if there is a coupon option for the multiple seller? (in stead of a refund)

unfortunately, we do not support coupon for sellers.

The refund has to be done by the one who collected payments at payment gateway.
It depends on the payment modules, if it is Paypal payment, then refund has to be done at Paypal.
Some payment module also include refund functions, but most payment modules do not do refund.

If you are talking about the seller commission, as long as the order is cancelled, a new minus seller commisison will be added to seller account history to adjust the seller account balance.
