Sorry I am not sure what you mean by the "Instructions" button, could you please provide a screenshot to indicate which button you are referring to?

1. You can try to change "Instructions" to an empty string via back office - Localization - Translations
2. If that does not work, you will have to modify the module file to remove it from code
