Commission Module - Discount voucher handling not working

Hi, on the commission module configuration I've set the Discount voucher handling to: At store's cost (Store will take care of the cost) but the seller still gets deducted the voucher amount instead of coming off the store commission.

I'm I wrong in thinking the the amount be deducted from the store commission?

The store commission is set at 8%
The discount voucher is for 5%

We found a bug related to module configuration of seller commission module, but the error only occurs when you choose "at seller's cost". if you use "at store's cost", everything should be calculated correctly.

I am not sure what you are referring to, what is the correct amount you are thinking, it is better to give a real order data with all amount. so we can discuss.

I've tested both options and they both give the exact same results, definitely not doing anything when selecting at store cost.

OK here's some data

* The Item with shipping costs €42,00 with NO discount
* The commission module setting is set to handle discount codes at "store cost"
* The store commission is set "per seller" at 8% with €0.35 transaction fee for all sellers
* I created a Cart rule for 5% discount - shipping not included in the discount

Now proceeding on the checkout page:

* On the cart the discount comes to -€1.20

Proceeding to Paypal here's what I get:

EGGBAY €3,71
Commission
Items price: €3,71
Qty:1

SELLER1 srl €36,79
Products
Items price: €24,79
Qty:1
Shipping €12,00

Total €40,50 EUR

Now the same again with NO discount:

EGGBAY €3,71
Commission
Items price: €3,71

SELLER1 srl €38,29
Products
Items price: €26,29
Qty:1
Shipping €12,00

Total €42,00 EUR


As you can see the seller pays for the discount - the store doesn't.

I'm I doing something wrong or it just doesn't work....

first of all, we do not officially support voucher at multiple seller environment because of PrestaShop voucher logic complexity.
for shared voucher, we have made some adjustment to fix an issue. it will be included in new version.
