Need help on Seller Commission Module

Dear Team,

We have an issue with the Seller commission module. We have purchased and installed the Agile Seller Commission Management module. When a customer order a seller product, the order is not seen in the order details page. We tried ordering a product with free shipping and with shipping amount. In both cases the ordered product are not seen in the order details page. Also the number of the products are not getting decreased. The automated scheduled commissions are not seen in the admin when ordering for the products from the website. All this testing is done on sandbox mode. Can you please help us on fixing this?

Steps to Reproduce the issue in point 1 and 3

1. Login as seller profile and add a product and approve it from admin
2. Login as customer account and order for the product added by the seller in step 1
3. After ordering, check out from the cart and make payment using "Pay pal"
4. Successfully did payment for the product from pa-y pal and "returned to merchant" in order details page
5. Check the order which we did and it is not found and also check in the admin for the scheduled commission which not listed.

Do you mean the order was created correctly, but the product does not show up in the order details?
If this is the case, I think it might be a bug of PrestaShop - or some other modules you installed.
We have some other customer had the same issues - and we found out that the issue was not related to our modules.

I noticed that the core module was purchased more than a year ago based on order # you provided via email support and other modules are almost a year ago.
So the modules was working before? and what have you changed? have updated the store or installed other modules?

Also if it is possible, I would recommend you use the latest version of the PrestaShop + latest version of the modules.
At this moment, you only need to pay upgrade for the core module, all other modules are eligible for free upgrade.
