Additional charges and Versions

Hi. We have a finished reports store with your modules. Is there any way we can have additional charges one can sell after the item is sold?
For example, the customer has the report, but they need to add something like:

1) adding a logo to a template
2) add another column
3) sorted in a different way
4) inserting item pictures, etc...

Also, can we have different Versions of a Report - ie Version 2016, 2017, 2018 etc

These are downloadable files, could the client pick the version they need from say a drop-down file.

Any ideas how we could attach the additional charges?

thanks for using our modules.
I am not very sure about your reports, but I think it is very difficult to control on the your report templates.
