Hi, there. I have the Pickup Center module, and I was wondering why I cant assign the pickup locations to sellers. Althoug locations are assigned to certain sellers, all locations are available for each product.

The pickup center module has not been integrated into multiple seller module.
So it is not compatible with multiple seller module environment.

Yes, it works under PrestaShop default setting.

Sorry, not sure what you mean by multiple store location.
It has not been tested under multiple store environment yet. but you can create as many locations as you want.

Do you mean, each carrier has multiple different office?
If that is so, you can register each office as different location, if you do so, then Yes.
For example, register as following

carrier A, Location 1
carrier A, location 2
carrier A, location 3
...
carrier B, location x
carrier B, location y
...
