I am not very clear what is your question, could you please explain more details.

Do you mean you want to change the order process, add some customer form to let customer to enter some information before/after payment?
If that is the case, I think it has nothing to do with payment module, it should be handled in order process.

Can customers with a recurring subscription update their credit card info from their account page?

No customer can not update credit card info at your store. Because the credit card info is not saved in your store. But it is saved by Authorize.net at your authorize.net account.

After upgrading to Prestashop 1.6.1.9 the Agile Authorize.net module has a 500 Internal Server error on checkout. Please advise ASAP.

Our modules does not save customer payment information on your store, all information is saved on Authorize.NET secured server.
Tokenization is free additional service from Authorize.NET, I do not think it is applicable to our modules.

Thanks for quick replay. I shaw your demo site but can't able to found subscriber ID and other profile detail. So where can I show all suscribers details.

You should be able to see that at your Authorize.NET account, not in your store.
In your store, you will only see the orders and payments.
From order details page, you will be able to see if the order is a a recurring order or not and it will be linked to original order.
