Agile Pickup Center module

We are updating our Agile Pickup Center module to add following new features
- Add a status field for each location, so that you can disable and enable each pick up location at back office Locations tab

- Add a pick up location to PDF invoice delivery address information section. With following format;

Pick up: {pickup_loacation_address}
