Agile Prepaid Token/Credit module update

We are updating the Agile Prepaid Token/Credit module to have following new features and improvements.

New features:

* Order cancellation:
--- Once an order is cancelled or refunded, all related token/credit will be reversed.
* Combination products support:
--- Product attribute combination functionality used to be limited, but that is no longer true. Now you can use it for any product combination.
--- On the product page, the required tokens and rewarded tokens will change dynamically when user changes combination.
* One Click Checkout now will use lowest price carrier:
--- On one click checkout, we previously did not consider carriers (most cases are virtual products). Now we will offer to use lowest price carrier.
* A new column called 'Memo' will be displayed on Customers - Credit/Token tab page for each record to indicate the reason for each record.
* During module installation, it will automatically create a required special category called 'Tokens', and also register 2 sample Tokens products at 200 tokens and 1000 tokens.
