Agile Membership module 1.4.5 released

- Configurable to choose to allow customer to cancel membership or not.
- Configurable to allow customer to send membership cancellation request email.
- Enhanced integration with the Agile Paypal Express Checkout module with Subscribe button and other new features to make membership subscription easier.
The module is integrated with the Agile Paypal Express Checkout module to make membership subscription easier.
- Show "Subscribe" button on Membership product page so that user can click the "Subscribe" button to subscribe to a membership instantly.
- Admin is able to configure the option to allow customer to choose repeating times or use default to "Until Cancel".
- Admin is able to configure Agile Paypal Express Checkout module to prevent mixing of membership products and other normal products in one shopping cart.
