Are you receiving duplicate order confirmation emails?

When setting up and testing the Agile Multiple Seller module, some customers report that order email comfirmations are being duplicated, and believe it to be an error in the module.

Actually, this is not an error. It is being caused by using the same email address for multiple accounts when testing the system.

For instance, if you use the same email address for a test customer that you have used for the store admin, you will get a duplication of emails when placing an order because both the admin and the test seller are being sent confirmation emails. These end up going to the same email address.

This can be confusing when testing your system, so it's always best to use a different email address for each test customer and test seller, and never use the same email address for a test account as the one registered to the store administrator.

If you need multiple email addresses for testing, you can create them using any of the free email hosts, such as Yahoo, Hotmail, GMail, etc.
