PrestaShop Paypal module - Agile Paypal Express Checkout

When customer buy a product from my shop and have successfully paid the amount within paypal: Within paypal the customer is redirected to a second \"paypal-internal\" confirmation where they say \"you will be redirected to the shop in 10seconds\".

My question here is:
I have seen other shops where you have only ONE confirmation page within paypal and then you are redirected directly to the shop itself.

How do I achieve \"automatically return to my store\"?

This is controlled by your Paypal account seeintg. See attached screenshot.

but I strongly recommend to keep "Auto return" setting to off. because it gives Paypal and PrestaShop some time (a few seconds) to clear payment, generate order, and then clear shopping cart. Otherwise when customer goes back to your site, she/he will find the shopping cart is not cleeared and the order is not ready.

I have been using your Agile Paypal Express Checkout module for a while, it is working perfectly. I like it very much. The express checkout feature is a very convenience way for my customer to check out in just a few clicks.

But here I have question for you.

The standard PrestaShop module has an option which is very good as you can do instant refunds if the product is out of stock. The benefit of this is that you don\'t get charged the paypal fee until you capture the payment.

They way your module is working at the moment the payment is instant and I get charged the fee by paypal. If the item isn\'t in stock then I sometimes need to refund the money, but paypal will still take there fee.

This is different way to payment. This is an Aurhorize first - Capture later payment method.
Just like credit card payment, there are too way,
1 .immediate Capture
2. Authorize - Capture

My module is using first way, but I think it is a safer way for you to get the money so you can ship your order without risk.

yes, I agree with you, it is a good feature to have.
but I don't have plan to make changes for this right now. It will make it more complicated.
I will think about it and maybe I will do it when I got a chance later.

I am interested in purchasing your PayPal Express Checkout module for 1.4.x, I just have one question...

Will it prevent my store from changing its currency to dollars at all stages of checkout? i.e. When a customer clicks on the PayPal method, the shop stays in my default currency before checkout as well as after purchase.

Also, can it be used along side other payment modules such as Bank Wire?

The currency is setup at your back office. my module will never change the default currency.

Also, can it be used along side other payment modules such as Bank Wire?

Yes, you can use any other payment. If user does not choose Agile Express Checkout, he/she can choose any other payment.
