After testing my agile Paypal module, I noticed my currency keeps converting to USD from CAD. I use canadian dollars C$ but once the express checkout button is clicked, on the paypal site, the amount appears in US dollars $.

Any advice?

thanks for your inquiry.

there are two scenarios will make this happens.

1. you have set USD as restrictions currency for the Agile paypal module.
2. The ISO code for your restriction currency is wrong.

Please check if you have set module restriction currency correctly. and also the currency is set correctly.

Hi

I bought the product month ago was working perfectly, now for some unknown reason, each time a customer pay with the module the order is not showing up in the Prestashop order list, but user account is created. Also the redirection on the webiste from payapl doesn't work anymore. very strange I didn't change any settings on paypal side or paypal module express.
I did some test myself and I got the same issue: I can pay using paypal, but order never appears on prestashop, but I got the payment confirmation from paypal

How can I troubleshoot this problem?

Are you using cache in Prestashop? If so, please try to disable cache temporary to see if there is anything changes. sometime PrestaShop cache screw things up. You can disable cache at back office

Preferences tab - Performacnes tab
1 . smarty force compile: yes, cache: no
2. Cache: No (at bottom of the setting page)

also please check if you made any changes on your paypal side, because I didn't receive any similar issues from other customers.

I tried it cache and smarty but same issue
For testing I have enabel the prestashop paypal module- >No problem it works
I have uninstall and reinstall the agile module same problem.

When I pay with paypal and when I click to redirect to the webiste got this error:

The requested URL was not found on this server. The link on the ">referring page seems to be wrong or outdated. Please inform the author of ">that page about the error. If you entered the URL manually please check your spelling and try again.

That's really weird.
I just checked my live online store and all my demo site are working fine.

What page does this link show up? Could you give me a screenshot so that I can have an idea of where it comes from?

There is another possibility is that something changed on Paypal side.
Whch country does this happening?

This link show up completely at the end of the process paypal payment.
Payment is confirm by paypal, and then paypal ask if you want to go back to the original website I cick yes, then it redirect automatically to this strange URL after 10 sec.
Problem happend in Us, france...

Let me know when I can turn it off. I will put back the prestashop paypal until this problem is solve. only problem is that I'm using the multi seller module and payment will not go to the right seller...

Thanks for you feedback. Because it is a live site, I can not place test order.
Do you have demo or test copy the store so that I can have a look? If it is 100% reproducible, I will try to do some debug for you at youe test/demo site, but I do not want to do it at live site.

But the redirect URL issue should not affaect the order generating. Does the order geneting issue happens every time? or rarely?

But one suggestion I give is to disable the "Automatic redirect", let user click link to redirect back to your store. it may solve the URL issue. There is a way to turn this automatic redirect off at Paypal side.

I got your private message and I have took a look at your site. I checked the redirect page HTML source code from browser. It seems that return URL is not generated correctly. It seems that recirect.tpl in my module is changed somehow, I don't know who.

Please send me following file by PM, I will try to fix that and send it back to you.
