About Multi Vendor, and Multi Shipping .. can them accommodate these requirement ?

Multi Vendor, where vendor origin in country X then when they upload products there will be default drop down column for country X ( off course they can choose another origin, and can select more than one origin )

Multi Shipping, if product location come from country X then it will automatically shipping rate from country X ( and if a product has origin location from X,Y,Z ( and if customer from country X/Y/Z ) then shipping rate will apply from country X/Y/Z matching buyer and seller origin to get lower shipping rates) Else, it will choose lower country origin for that buyer.

Product page will have vendor, and country origin

Country origin means where the stock located.

Yes, you can use it in any Language environment.
But you will need to translate a few text through PrestaShop translation function at you back office.

Unfortunately, the Agile Multiple Seller/Vendor module only compatible with PrestaShop 1.4x or higher.
You may need consider to upgrade to 1.4x or latest version in order to use this module.
