Warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening \'/home/store/public_html/modules/agileproductreviews../../init.php\' for inclusion (include_path=\'.:/usr/lib/php\') in /home/store/public_html/modules/agileproductreviews/ajax_getaverage.php on line 10

From the error message, there seems a problem to open file init.php.
please check if the file init.php exists under your store root folder.
if it exists, please check if the file permission set correctly as 644.

Have you made any changes on your site?
Any informaiton is helpful to help figure out the cause of problem.

thanks for your quick response and great support and advices. The problem is fixed. It was caused the by the init.php file just like you pointed. Have no idea what happened, somehow the file init.php permission damaged. After restoring the file from original copy, now your product reviews/rating module become normal.

I noticed that the reviews can be filtered by language on review tad of product detail page. But at home page, the latest reviews display on homepage seems not able to be filtered by language.

I would like to ask another question: Is there a way to filter by language the reviews that appear in Homepage? that would be great

Yes, that is possible. You only need to changes on line in hookHome function

Before change:

After change:

$reviews = AgileReview::getNewestPost($cookie->id_lang, intval(Configuration::get('AGILE_PREVIEWS_AT_HOME')) );

Your product reviews module is really a great module. It works like charm.

One more question:
How can I change the date format from \" 2011-12-23 03:55:00\" to \"23-12-2011 03:55\"?

You can change this by change the theme file /modules/agileproductreviews/hooktabcontent.tpl

if you pucrhase now this Agile Product review/comment module now, you can get a free upgarde when the new "Edit review" feature is ready.
