PrestaShop membership management module - Agile Membership

Postby maggie_1300 » Sat Feb 25, 2012 9:20 pm

Ok many thanks for the info. I am quite happy about all the pdf downloads and video embedding - I have proper streaming RTMP multivideo players hosted on Amazon S3 world wide Cloudfront Distibution, so can add all the code for this. It\'s really if it\'s possible or practical to have all the actual members\' content within PS itself.

If your module mamages the CMS, I\'ll look at the various CMS modules then to see what they can do. The Blog module seems as if would be ok, but I amnot sure if your membership module can handle the restricyed access to this?

Meanwile thanks again for your help.

Ok thanks for that. I\'ll probably go for a normal membership module then for this and just use PS for the signups.

PrestaShop membership management module - Agile Membership

Postby accounts_1301 » Sat Feb 25, 2012 10:27 pm

I am really interested in your agile membership module. BUt need to clarify something.. It sates that you can offer free membership one time. Is it possible to have a free membership at all times. Unless it allows anyone to register and purchase at retail It wont work for me.

How my site works is there is retail purchase anyone can register and buy, then there is membership where you pay for membership and then reseller as well.

Also does it work based on already create groups and price reduction that have already been setup?

Thanks for your interests and your inquiry.

Yes, you can have free membership all the time.
Any customer can signup an account at your PrestaShop, as long as the cusomter does not purchase any non-free membership, he/she is kind of a free membership.

How my site works is there is retail purchase anyone can register and buy, then there is membership where you pay for membership and then reseller as well.

yes, this should work for non-free memberships

Also does it work based on already create groups and price reduction that have already been setup?

yes, you can use groups and price reduction that already setup.
Actually, the mmebership module will also use the same way, you will need to link a membership to a group you setup for that membership. But you can also have other groups setup for any other customer groups.

Please let me know if you have further questions.

PrestaShop membership management module - Agile Membership

Postby dfkelly03_1442 » Fri Apr 20, 2012 3:05 am

I purchased Multiple Seller Module and Paypal Adaptive payments about two weeks ago. They work exactly as described on my dev site.

Will the Membership Module work with the Paypal Adaptive Module when set to Parallel payments? My site will allow sellers to be paid directly into Paypal using Parallel payments, but I want them to pay a small fee to site owner to become members and use the site for selling their own digital products.

Thanks

Thanks for your inquiry on Agile PrestaShop membership module - the best and easy solution to membership management with PrestaShop.

I am glad the modules work fine at your site. Quality is our high priority, we try our best to make modules stable.

I am not sure if I understand your question correctly. Let me try to answer it.
1. If you just "want them(seller) to pay a small fee to site owner", you should use Seller commission module. You can set different commission fees/transactions at different level. It will automatically calculate the amount for the store and seller for each order. And the payment is also automatically if you use Paypal adaptive module. The module also maintain the transaction history and account balance of each seller. Here you can find more details of the module.

2. If you want use membership module for some reason, you also do so. But you must set the owner of membership(is a product) to the admin (or store). In that case, when sellers purchase membership, it will be paid to store, not going to any seller's account.

3. The latest version of Agile Membership module has integrated into Seller module, so that it can limit the number of products a seller can list. You can set different type of memberships with different limit.

I hope this answer your questions. If not, please feel free to make ask again by make your questions more clearly

how to see products

Postby vic_1581 » Fri May 11, 2012 9:53 am

Hi I just bought the membership module and have a few questions,

After buying a free membership I cant see any products or pages, it still asks me to login even though I am.

How can I validate users by filling out a question form?
Then I want to manually accept or deny users. Not allow access unless I accept
Also when I click the membership button, the fields flow off the page.

thanks,
Vic
