Thanks for use Agile Multiple Seller/Vendor module - the PrestaShop market place solution on PrestaShop.

I have just purchased the Agile Seller Products from Addons-Modules.com but I can't add the module to my Prestashop. I tried to upload the zip file from my computer but it returns the error "Error while extracting module (file may be corrupted)."

I just tried the same package of Agile Seller products module many times on different version of PrestaShop. but it seems working fine. I guess the package your download is somehow damaged, I will send you a new one, please let me know it that works for you. Please check your email.

By the way, I have some other questions on your multiple seller/vendor module

1. We would like to connect vendor dashboard on demo site to test features. Is it possible ?

2. We are interesting by loyalty program extension, managed by our vendors. Have you a similar extension.

3. We are interested by a vendors management extension which can survey for us commercial activities of vendors partners. The idea is to send an email to an inactive vendor (no offers for over 1 month for example ...) to encourage to update new offers. Can you do this extension ?

4. Can you install and set for us your extension on our website ?

I am not sure what is your "Vendor dashboard" mean. It is a 3rd party module or 3rd party website? you may have to try it by yourself on your sever after purchase the module.

Unfortunately, we don't have this kind of module at this moment, maybe we will develop one in the future.

By the way, what does your "no offers for over 1 month"? The offer means customer offer to the vendor or the vendor offer to store? or something else?

1. Will users get their individual sales report? Is the sales report dedicated to individual members?

2. I think the current setting is that you can only add items from the same vendor. Is there a way to allow customers to add items from different vendors and have them pay multiple times in their cart?
For example, if a buy puts some items from both seller1 and seller2, his cart will show the items grouped by sellers and there are the following 2 buttons.

a. pay seller1
b. pay seller 2

If a buyer finishes the paypal payment for seller 1, seller 2's items are still remained in his cart.
I think in this way the buyer will not feel limited.
Please let me know if you are planning on doing this any soon.

What do you mean by "user", do you mean "seller"?
What do you mean "individual member"? do mean seller?

You suggestion is good, will consider it.

But if you are (only) using Paypal, you can use Agile Paypal Adaptive module, so you can set "Cart mode" to "products from multiple seller" and set "Payment mode" to "Seller collect payment". When customer pay the order, the amount will be automatically split into different sellers and store owners.

I have one small issue. When I upload a seller logo, the logo does not get uploaded. I have tried by logging in as the main admin and as the seller admin and tried on Explorer, Firefox and Chrome browser, but in all instances, the logo does not upload.

Is there a solution for this?

Please check if the following folder is created correctly and the permission is set correctly.

YourStoreRoot/img/as/

folder permission: 755

Please let me know the result is that solve your problem. This folder usually should be created by the module automatically. If it is not there, please manually created it.

The folder img/as was not created.

I had to manually create all the other file changes on my server so I assume this was another small change that needed to be done manually.

usually those files are created automatically, it seems fails in some environment. Another customer had the similar issue.

Hi, I seem to be having problems again, I have all the settings as they should and using the 3 modules however I get an error.. if I have 'Both Store and Seller collect payment' I get the following error as posted here:
