I like this module but I wonder if it can be installed on Prestabox. I would like to purchase it along with some other modules from Agile and have them installed on Agile. Also I want to know if the back office design can be changed to match my theme and brand with no reference to agile or prestabox to the sellers.

Yes, you can transfer the domain name as long as you are using only in one domain for production at the same time.

As long as the PrestaShop is installed completely, there should be no problem.
As for back office theme, PrestaShop does not support back office theme file at version 1.4x.
And our modules are using the same standard of PrestaShop theme, so there should be no problem.
