How do i (Shopowner) define multiple default carriers for customers to see and decide, whoever the seller is, depending only from the zone where custommer is buying.
For example for Portugal and Spain i have 3 carriers with diferent prices and times to deliver, same to UE Europe and same think to all over the world.
In other words: Me, shop owner, want to establish the carriers, instead of the sellers.
I dont want to my sellers have acces to shiping and carriers option on their back office.

Based on your description, sellers do not have private carriers.
In that case, you do not need Agile Seller shipping module.
You just setup carriers to share with all sellers. All sellers will use the same carriers and shipping fee setting.

Thanks for your inquiry

For those who have just paid for the 1.4 version, will they be able to upgrade to the 1.5 version for free?

Because of big architecture difference between PS 1.4 ane 1.5, it is nearly close to rewrite the Agile Multiple Seller module, so we may charge a small upgarde fee for this module only.

The Agile Multiple Seller module (the core) one has to be rewrite because of big changes between 1.4 and 1.5
So It will take some time. The target date is 1 month from today, it might be earlier.
Also the first version of 1.5 could be buggy, I suggest wait for another version.

Hi,
we have created a customer account, an employee account and we've linked them both in order to create the seller account. These 2 accounts have the same password.
The problem is: When we login on the front end as a seller, we can see our products only, and not all the others. For example we, as sellers, we cannot buy something that we want from another sellers items.
Is this normal? Can it be fixed?
Thanks

Hi,

Please check orders nº #24 and #25, that was the result of choping cart nr 91.

As you can confirm there is a diference between the shiping costs of the orders (5€ each, total 10€, wich is totaly correct), and the choping cart shiping costs that shows 15€ to the customer, wich is wrong and is what customer see when he checkout (i think the calculation error is because it is considering both products weight 3kg + 2.5kg (weight range 7.5€ - Total 15€) instead each one weight (3kg and 2.5kg, both in weight range 5€, total 10€).

There is no access limit at front store products.
Any products is public to all visitors, anyone can buy anything at store just like you can do that at eBay, Amazon, and other market places.

So this is not a bug, it is normal.

Thanks for your inquiry on Agile Multiple Seller/vendor module - a best market place solution based on your PrestaShop.

Please check orders nº #24 and #25, that was the result of choping cart nr 91.

Is the products are chosen to use the same carrier?
If it is so, then the calculation is correct. We assume the products will be shipped together with the same carrier, so the shipping fee should be calculated together.

If the products are chosen for different carrier, then we will investigate.
Do you mean it is our demo site? or your own web site?
if it is our demo site, please tell me which one you are using, because we have multiple demo site.
if it is your own site, please give us the following access information so that we can have a look at it.
