I see what you're talking about now, thanks for the explanation. The PrestaShop "Our Stores" feature is totally separate from your sellers, it's used for the location of your physical store(s) in a standard PrestaShop installation. It's informational, and similar to contact information. Multiple Seller and Multiple Shop only deal with the content within the store, with each seller having a virtual shop but not a real location.
If your sellers have a real physical store outside your online store, they would have to individually use their Business Info and Google map sections to describe their physical location. If you want customers to have a list of virtual shops within your store, the "Sellers" block will do that for you.
I know it gets confusing sometimes, and I hope I've understood your question correctly. But "Our Stores" is used to show your store's real world physical location, and the "Sellers" block is used to allow customers to see a list of sellers and go directly to their virtual shop by clicking on their link.
A lot of people simply remove the "Our Stores" link from the footer to cut down on customer confusion.
