Paypal - This invoice has already been paid...

Hi,

when I click on "Pay Commissions" in Account Balance, I receive this error: "This invoice has been paid. For more information, please contact merchant." in Paypal.

I read the the solution in this topic: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=1899

but even if I choose "No, allow multiple payments per invoice ID", I continue to get this error.

The target paypal email is correct.

What can I do? I can't pay the commission to my merchant and this is a big trouble for my business.

This issue can be fixed by changing configuration at your Paypal acciunt.
Please set allow duplication invoice.

As I wrote, I've just changed this setting in paypal but when I try to pay the commission it give me the error.

Problem solved. The paypal setting to change was for the Seller paypal account!

yes, if you are runnning the module at Store Collects Payment mode, and you are trying to pay sellers, this change should done at seller's Paypal account.

How can I avoid to change the seller's Paypal account?

Change the setting to Both Store and Seller collect Payment?

In that case what happen exactly when a purchase is completed?

And If I choose the "both" method I can revert to "yes" the Paypal settings for duplicate invoice?

If you are using Agile Parallel module, and yes you can set to "Both Store and Seller collect payment". this will avoid invoice duplication error.
