I'm using Prestashop 1.6 and my sellers can't see the tab "Customer Questions" because is not added under "Customers" tab.
Using super admin profile there's no problem.

In the permissions panel in customer section I can give permissions to "customer questions" to agilemultipleseller user group.

Why it doesn't work?

1. Can you try to uninstall the module and then install it again to see if it fixes the problem.
2. Seller should use front store Seller Management Panel at My Account - My Seller Account - My Messages tab

is there any posibilty to hide Q&A and display only a form which then gets to Sellers inbox? What does happen when Seller replies the question? Where does it show?

Thanks for using agile multiple seller module and its accessory module agile seller messenger.

Yes you can change the related theme file to hide the messages.

When seller reply, buyer will also receive an email.

Some problems with the Agile PrestaShop Seller Messenger Module:

The seller's Answer does not seem different from the customers' questions. How can we add a class in the seller answer in order to achieve different style in sellers answer?

Also the counter of the the asked questions is wrong. It counts both questions and answers, how can we fix that?

For the style of Question and Answer, you can change that in related theme files. They should be under following folders.
/modules/agilesellermessenger/views/templates/

Depends the page, it may under hook or front sub-folder.

As for the counter, some questions may have multiple conversations, it is different to determine on how to count the questions, so we count all of them. We will consider to improve this.

this module is an accessory module of agile multiple seller, it will not work properly without agile multiple seller module.
